Plastic bottles is the use of polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene as raw material, after adding the corresponding organic solvent, after high temperature heating, through plastic mold after blow molding, extrusion blow or injection molding of plastic container. It is mainly used for beverage, food, pickles, honey and dried fruit, edible oil, agriculture veterinary medicine liquid or solid, such as disposable plastic packaging containers. Plastic bottles is not easily broken, low cost, high transparency, food grade raw material, etc.
There are a number of ways for manufacturing polyethylene, one of the most common, is high temperature at 200 ~ 300 ℃ and 1000 ~ 2000 under atmosphere pressure, will be made. Ethylene polymerization in polyethylene, not mixed with other substances. Such polyethylene of low density, texture soft, for sunshine, air, water and chemical reagents, have higher stability, so no additional stabilizer, plasticizer, stabilizer and plasticizer is mostly toxic or to be toxic.
The plastic bottle is molded by the filling of the gun mould with a certain temperature and pressure. It can be formed by the process of the bottle billet, or it can be processed directly by the injection molding machine.
